01 / Our commitment

Children’s safety is a non-negotiable boundary.

Moni is operated by Loco Bayco Limited as an adults-only AI chat, character roleplay, and romance simulation app. The Service is not directed to children, is not intended for users under 18, and is not designed or marketed as a children’s product.

We prohibit content or behaviour that exploits, sexualises, grooms, endangers, or otherwise abuses children. This policy applies to user-created AI characters, images, audio, prompts, messages, reports, and content generated or displayed by the Service.

Safety concerns can be reported at any time through the in-app feedback form or by emailing locobayco@outlook.com.

02 / Scope & age

Moni is for people aged 18 and over.

Users must be at least 18 years old. We do not permit under-18 access, guest mode, or user-to-user chat. AI characters are the only chat counterpart described in the current product brief.

We may restrict or terminate accounts when we have reason to believe the user is under 18 or that the Service is being used to target or harm a child. We may use reasonable age and safety measures to enforce this requirement.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has used Moni or submitted information, contact us immediately. We will assess the report, restrict access as appropriate, and take any deletion, notification, or other action required by law.

03 / Prohibited content

The following is never allowed.

Users must not create, upload, request, store, display, share, or encourage:

  • child sexual abuse or exploitation material (“CSAM”), including any sexual image, audio, text, or depiction involving a person under 18;
  • sexualised depictions of minors, age-regressed sexual content, or content that portrays an adult as a child for sexual gratification;
  • grooming, sexual solicitation, enticement, or instructions to build trust with a child for abuse;
  • sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, blackmail, or the commercialisation of a child’s abuse;
  • non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, impersonation, or the use of a real child’s name, image, voice, or personal information;
  • content that encourages self-harm, suicide, violence, dangerous challenges, or other abuse involving a child; or
  • attempts to evade safety filters, moderation, age restrictions, reporting, or enforcement controls.

Statements that content is fictional, roleplay, generated by AI, or for entertainment do not make prohibited content acceptable.

04 / Safety by design

Controls operate across creation, chat, and review.

4.1 Content controls

We use content moderation, including automated and human review, to identify and address material that violates this policy or applicable platform rules. We may prevent content from being created, restrict visibility, label or quarantine it, remove it, and suspend the associated account.

We may improve safety systems using feedback, moderation outcomes, and abuse reports.

4.2 Privacy-aware safety

Safety reports and related evidence are handled on a need-to-know basis. We may retain limited evidence longer than ordinary content retention when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, comply with law, cooperate with authorities, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. See the Privacy Policy for the broader data-handling framework.

4.3 Platform alignment

We aim to align the Service with applicable Google Play and Apple App Store requirements for user-generated content, AI-generated content, privacy, reporting, blocking, and child safety. Platform policies do not replace this policy or applicable law.

05 / Report & block

Make a report where the content appears.

Users can report suspected child-safety violations through:

  • the in-app feedback or report form; or
  • email to locobayco@outlook.com.

When reporting, include the relevant character, message, image, audio, account, or URL; a description of the concern; and any information that helps us locate the content. Do not forward or attach suspected CSAM. Provide a description and location instead, unless a law-enforcement authority specifically asks you to preserve or provide material.

Where a block or restriction feature is available, users may block or restrict content or accounts from which they need protection.

06 / Response process

Reports are triaged according to risk.

  1. Receipt. We log the report and confirm receipt where contact information is available.
  2. Triage. We prioritise reports involving imminent danger, suspected child exploitation or abuse, credible threats, or content that may be illegal.
  3. Containment. We may remove or restrict the content, disable access, suspend the account, limit sharing, preserve relevant evidence, and take steps to prevent re-uploading or continued abuse.
  4. Review. Trained personnel may review the report and relevant context. We may request additional information if needed and safe to do so.
  5. Escalation. We may notify law enforcement or a relevant child-protection authority where required or permitted by applicable law.
  6. Outcome. We may notify the reporter of the outcome to the extent legally and operationally appropriate, while protecting privacy and investigative integrity.

We seek to acknowledge and review reports promptly, with priority given to reports involving immediate danger, suspected child exploitation, or other serious safety risks.

07 / Enforcement

Violations can lead to immediate action.

We may take action without advance notice when necessary to protect children, users, or the Service. Measures may include refusing content generation, removing or disabling content, disabling a character, restricting features, suspending or permanently banning an account, blocking device-linked access, and preserving evidence.

We may also take action against attempts to coordinate abuse, evade enforcement, submit false reports in bad faith, or use another account or device to return after a safety ban.

Any appeal or reinstatement process is subject to the nature of the risk, applicable law, and our need to protect users and preserve evidence.

08 / Authorities & evidence

Serious safety concerns may be escalated.

Where we become aware of suspected CSAM, child exploitation, grooming, credible threats, or other conduct that may violate criminal law, we may preserve relevant information and report to appropriate law-enforcement or child-protection authorities in accordance with applicable law and platform requirements.

We will limit disclosure to what is reasonably necessary and lawful. We may not be able to tell a reporter or affected user about an escalation if doing so would compromise an investigation, create risk, or violate legal restrictions.

09 / Privacy & governance

Safety work must remain accountable.

We limit access to safety reports and related data to people or providers who need it for safety, security, legal, or support purposes. We apply retention and deletion controls described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal holds and safety investigations.

We do not knowingly use the Service to profile children, provide child-directed advertising, or collect children’s data for product personalisation. The Service is 18+ and does not offer a Kids Category experience.

We review safety signals and update controls as the Service, threat landscape, platform requirements, and applicable law change.
